In the case when Required Capacity exceeds Connection Capacity, one should follow the same procedure as in the case of new connections to ENION S.A. distribution network, and the following information should be provided when applying for the Terms for Connection:

• Applicant’s personal and contact data (on the basis of an ID or other piece of document testifying to Applicant’s identity),
• Type of premises to be connected to the network (e.g. a residential building, dwelling unit, car garage, summerhouse, construction site, etc.),
• Present Connection Capacity together with client number (same as on the invoice) and estimated Required Connection Capacity,
• Maximum Capacity of installations to be used on the premises.
