Application for the Terms for Connection – a completed form which contains the information necessary to specify connection terms and conditions.
Terms for Connection – a document in which ENION S.A. specifies service line parameters and the scope of work required for new connection to be made.
Applicant – an entity (natural or legal person) seeking connection to the network, who has submitted a properly completed Application for the Terms for Connection.
Connection Agreement – a document upon which the procedure related to the performance of work set forth in the Terms for Connection may be initiated, which document also specifies the obligations of the parties to the Agreement.
Measuring and billing system – meters and other metering or metering and billing devices, in particular: energy meters, reactive energy meters, current and voltage transformers, as well as the scheme of connections between those, used directly or indirectly for electricity metering and billing.
Connected Entity – an entity (natural or legal person) that has valid Terms for Connection to ENION S.A. distribution network and is applying for Connection Agreement, or an entity with whom such Agreement has been concluded by ENION S.A.
Service Line – a section or element of the network used to connect Entity’s equipment, installations or networks with Connection Capacity required by the Entity to the remaining part of the network owned by the energy enterprise which provides Connected Entity with the service of electricity transmission or distribution.
Point of Connection – a point in the network of ENION S.A., where Service Line is connected to the network.
Connection Capacity – active capacity which is planned to be consumed or supplied to the network, specified in Connection Agreement and included in the design of Service Line.
Exit Point – means the point of connection at which a supply of electricity may flow between ENION S.A. and customer’s installation, specified in Connection Agreement.
Internal Supply Line – a line before the meter, which connects customer’s installation with the joint, directly or indirectly by means of PBUE main.
